Is there a problem with your data at the moment and do customers have to pay for extra data even if they havent gone into their extra 15 gig?
I'm on a 30gig for 15gig contract with o2 but I have run out of data & only used 15gig so far @O2 say I have to pay for more data. Does this mean they have broke their contract with me and that I can cancel?
