Thank you Providence softball for having me at your camp this past weekend! Unfortunately we weren’t able to be outside for most of the camp, but the coaches made the best of it getting us out to hit on the field. I had a great time meeting the team and coaches! @KelseyChrist221

First time back on the field taking swings and beginning some fielding! Definitely feeling a little rusty, but I’m happy to finally be back at it again. I’m preparing now for my return to play test scheduled on August 15th!
Such progress!! Day by day month by month!! At least you haven’t lost your hand eye coordination 😉. The next 3 months work harder than you have ever worked before and you will be stronger mentally and physically than you ever were!
I’m now about 5 months post-op and getting stronger everyday. I have progressed into hitting off the tee as well as long tossing. I have also started jogging and jumping/agility work during pt. Below is a video of some of the exercises I have been working on.
I’m now 3 months post-op and am continuing to grow my muscle and endurance in pt. I have full range of motion and am working towards higher impact exercises. I’m excited to start hitting again in the next couple weeks. Here’s a video of some workouts I’ve progressed in.
So proud of how hard you are working @CarlyBickle! No doubt you will be back faster and stronger, both physically and mentally! This is a marathon not a sprint.
As of 1/23 I am one month out of surgery. I am now on the road to recovery and able to be off of crutches walking with an unlocked brace. I am in physical therapy three times a week and have started a lifting program as well. This is some workouts I have been doing in pt.

Had a great time playing down in the TNJ Clearwater Fall Classic this past weekend! I had the opportunity to come up to bat in the last inning of three separate games with the game on the line and two outs and ended up going 3-3 with 4 RBIs.
I am honored to have been named MVP and Second-team All Chestmont for my high school soccer team this season. Can’t wait to see what comes next season!
