Wahpeton and @NDSUfootball great @ryguy_4 had his jersey retired at halftime of tonight's @HuskieHigh football game. The 2009 Old Spice Senior Athlete of the Year ran for 2,700+ yards in his final season in purple. Ryan is a great example for athletes from both Breck and Wahp 🤝

Former Wahpeton football player Ryan Smith '09 had his jersey retired by the school at halftime of tonight's game against Devils Lake. Smith set 10 school records, won three National championships at North Dakota State and played three seasons in the CFL. Congratulations Ryan!

My hope is the next time there is an opportunity to support an increase in teachers salaries, with what is going on now with everyone having their kids at home, that we all appreciate what teachers do for our youth and support that effort for an increase.
