I've started to tick another salary tick box when searching for jobs on ArtsJobs and I am pretty proud of myself for becoming confident enough to do that
Most arts organisations I’ve worked for seems to always have fancy coffee and cafetière’s… and I am still yet to know how to use one? All I witness is a lot of waiting around before people actually pour it/drink it… 🤷🏼♀️
