I purchased a new TVS Jupiter on 10 Oct 2025. Before delivery of the number plate, I got an RTO challan on my registered vehicle number. Dealership (Aditi Automobiles, Noida) says “we can’t help”. Why should I accept a vehicle with challan already?@tvsmotorcompany
