The part I’ve had to wrap my mind around lately is that he COULD have been the man I needed/deserved. He CHOSE not to. Despite both our mistakes & the toxicity we created near the end, he could’ve said: “I love you & we are gonna make it through this,” & we could’ve done it.

Dealing with infertility, miscarriage, & child loss is one of the hardest battles for someone to fight. Seeing everyone else have the family you wish you could is hard. Longing to be a mother to a earth-side child is hard. You’re SO lucky is you’ve never dealt with these things.
