Most boats rely on brute force. We use vectorable outboards—each motor steers independently—letting the vessel translate, rotate, and station-keep with centimeter-level precision. This fine-grained control is essential for robust autodocking and our autonomy stack.
Integrating the carbon-fiber retractable foils is some of the hardest engineering we do. But when you get it right, you unlock quiet, stable, extremely low-drag flight above the water — and that feels like magic. Proud of this team building the future.
Production can be messy at times. Wrapping up delivery of Batch 1. Batch 2 hulls are already here. Busy day reorganizing the hangar. 3 years ago we rolled in with a janky prototype. Don’t let looks fool you tho- that software scaled beautifully to the big beasts 😉🌊
Spoke too soon😅 Ended up going back into the cave- hardcore engineering mode- much like grad school. Feels good what came out of it. But the updates start tomorrow! LOTs to share… and some of it will fundamentally change what we can do on the water.🌊
