Imagine this: one year from today. Your book is done. You worked hard, and you made it. The cover is soft to the touch, and the spine is cracked from flipping through the pages, trying to convince yourself you wrote this real, actual book. But you did. And it's fantastic.

#WritingCommunity, here's a reminder that it's okay to have fun scenes. It's okay to let your characters joke around, it's okay to write goofy paragraphs, it's okay to HAVE FUN SCENES. This has been a PSA from someone who shelved a book bc it was too depressing.
