respectfully, I think some of you guys shouldn’t be participating in fandom at all, actually. if you don’t like when others are involved in creative projects that are different from the canonical text then it’s best to consume media like the general public.
We need to be kinder about ao3 fics because nobody here talks about fics with any empathy or consideration. People are getting too comfortable shitting on and criticizing fics online for trivial problems when it is never easy to write them.
