When I started my career, in the early days - I thought I knew it all, I can just do anything and everything all by myself. Now that I have worked for nearly 3 decades - I keep wondering how little I know, and that I wouldn't have been here without the help of so many people.

There are two modes of living - one where you live to appeal to others, the second is where you live to appeal to yourself. Growth in life is when you start living a life that appeals to you, and find a way to make an income *within* it to sustain you.
It's a matter of principles. There's evidence that opening up to imitations (bags, shoes, watches, perfumes, jersey etc.) is a start of leading a dishonest life. I'd rather lug a real Patagonia than a fake TUMI. It's like a torn sock, others can't see it...but you can feel it
