Please let me know the status of the request. It has already been 1 week and no response till now. No reply on mail or Twitter. Useless customer care and automated replies. No solution of user problems. Please check and make necessary corrections in my account.
Is anyone really working on this request? After providing all the necessary details, correction is still not done in account. Customer care is useless. Every time I ask status of my query, they generate new service request for the same. Please resolve my request asap.
