The moment you feel low write down all your accomplishments on a paper what did you achieve till now.. and correlate it with what you want to achieve right now... Believe me it will boost up your confidence.
While giving advice, don't tell people what they have to do.. tell them what you did when you were in that situation.. it will help them to get rid of the problem in the quickest way and ask any question as much as you can.
Working as an intern for free in a company is like being friendzone from a girl you proposed... The common thing is.. In both cases you will get enormous experience in how to handle of them.

Ever happened to you? when you thought you were in love and proposed then got rejected... And boom a thought comes to your head that you were never in love with them it was just your affection towards your own imaginary scenario of another person 🙃
You learn things for your own curiosity and when you mix it up with your understanding and experience it becomes your knowledge

Screw that person who said "practice make man/women perfect" he/she was an idiot, humans can't become perfect. Machines are perfect and we aren't machines, we can just become better at something
