Life may not be perfect, but daggumit if I’m not gonna eat good. This is why I spend winter days freezing in a tree with a rifle in my lap.
In my worst failures, mistakes and disappointments, I never once thought “I hope no one tells Daddy”. My first thought was always “I need to call Daddy.” He never waited for the cleaned up, finished out version of me; he loved me right where I was at. He’s loved me the same way…

It might be a wet summer in North GA, but it’s sure been nice seeing a lot more authentic rainbows instead of the knock-off variety we usually get in June.
It’s finally feelin’ like summer and I’m seeing a lot more of my frands. BTW, snakes smell worse than a monkey’s butt and are usually covered in salmonella, so wash your hands.

Seems there’s a lot of people on this platform really concerned with gaining followers. Full transparency: following me won’t make much of a difference in your life or get you where you’re supposed to be. Don’t expect much from this ol’ boy. However….

Tornado warning in NW Georgia this evening, but storms are just like life. Bad for a little bit sometimes, but the sun’ll come out again directly. It always does.
