Sometimes I have extremely productive mornings where I workout, do few chores, and read a book. But other times I have mornings where I accidentally mix Tylenol pills into my nachos.
I went to a personal trainer for the first time and I puked. I wish I could say it was because I ran a marathon, benched 400 lbs, carried people from a sudden gym-related-fire or something impressive, but nope. My Adonis-like body panicked after some squats, pushups, and a plank.
