After a successful trip to Community Harvest in Grafton on Thursday morning, the NHS gathered 1578 pounds of vegetables worth a total of 6678 servings that will be donated to local shelters. We were very happy to help out, and can’t wait to come volunteer again soon!

Xavier Nieves with top time for boys with a 2.38! Madi Marsh for the girls 2.61! Elena Cronin top freshman girl 2.84. Boys soph Sean McCarty with a 2.48!
@shephillxctrack solid day at the Reggie Lewis Center yesterday for the boys at the Large School Freshman Sophomore Meet. McCarty with a 7.67 in the 55. Jacob Luke ran solid 600, 1:44 but first 400 was awesome, getting stronger.
Fantastic evening for football and our boys took care of business! A huge “Chicken Bowl” Victory which capped off a very solid season for these guys, finishing with a winning record! these guys are part of the solution now and certainly in the future! #TrustTheProcess
