Claude code has had a direct and immediate positive impact on my health: I get up more often for a coffee break.


For the developers out there who are quickly validating a business idea, the “measure twice, cut once" approach will fail. Write as much as you can about the hypothesis, problem, solution, USPs, marketing, profit model, etc. Spend equal time on actual writing vs coding.

Learnings from lean product validation: 🫤 Ad traffic == plenty of bot signups. ✅ Use bot protection (Cloudflare, reCAPTCHA), etc. 🫤 Using cookie banners kill early signal. ✅ Just analyze web route hit rate early on (i.e. using Cloudflare). 🫤 Don't trust ad CTR too much.
