CADC celebrated 55 years of Asian Inc., a nonprofit founded by the same civic leaders to promote economic development in San Francisco’s Asian American community.
@SFUnified kicked off the Mandarin Immersion K-8 public school effort. Thanks to @SFSU Graduate School for incubating Cantonese & Mandarin programs for certificated @UESF teachers, AAAA @tactsf & Asian PAC in support. BOE Huling, Fisher, Gupta attended.

Last night D4 supervisor Joel Engardio was RECALLED! 65% of Sunset residents voted YES on A. This is truly a victory that will go down in the history books. Thank you to all the volunteers and supporters of this campaign. We couldn’t have done it without your hardworking.
The recall has a high bar. More people signed the recall petition than the number of votes the supervisor received to win the seat. Nearly as many people voted for the recall as voted for the supervisor to win the seat. Sunset voters have spoken loud & clear. #AAPIStandUp
