<3> 3. By 25th Amendment, , Kamala will become #47 and first Female POTUS for 180ish more days 4. Since Joe's NOT President, Harris will pardon HIM before Jan 20th.
2. Since State election laws in WI and (NV OR AZ.. Can't remember which) ONLY allow for a Presidential candidate to be REPLACED is by death or 25th Amendment reasons, Biden will be removed from office PRIOR to the DNC.
