@British_Airways awful customer service. Being fobbed off with £100 goodwill gesture for a holiday booking that due to a delayed flight we lost a night at our hotel! £100 doesn’t cover 1 night at @AnantaraDubai ! It’s a joke & insult!

Tbh I am disabled and have experienced an awful holiday booked with @British_Airways from delayed flights, inaccessible rooms & only legroom for one leg! Surely that’s a health hazard?!
@British_Airways I have responded to both emails but have had no response! You are quick to take our money but slower in resolutions! Don’t use @British_Airways

@HertsmereBC you are disgraceful & fob people off! Bin wasn’t removed as I was told it wasn’t put out! My neighbour put it out last night for me as I’m disabled. Please return to empty it or I will stop paying council tax & take this to @OliverDowden
@FurnitureFash received another faulty table panel. It’s a joke of a company. They said they will collect table & refund me but are now not organising the return so I can get a refund that I’m fully entitled to! Scammers!
