Has anybody actually received their promised #tui refund?
Been on hold for almost 2 hours! #tui still waiting for my refund that you said would take 5-7 days! That was on the 8th May! 😡
Well I've waited 8 days after being told I would get my cash refund in 5-7 days and still nothing! Also can't get through on the phone! Shame on you #tui when people are struggling!
Was due to fly on the 7th May to Lanzarote with @tui and instead received an email containing a refund credit. I managed to get through to someone on the phone the following day to be told I should get a cash refund into my bank in 5-7 days so fingers crossed that's what happens!
I imagine lots of doctors & nurses breathe an enormous sigh of relief when they retire from the NHS. Some leave early. Then imagine being called back to fight a virus you could die from. 7,500 Britons did that. Amazing. Thank you.
