Selling downloadable products is the best! In 2013 I made a WooCommerce theme to try to make 1k$ /m passive income to help down pay a house. Now that same theme is grossing 100-150k$/m (7m$+ total). I have a small remote team and 100% freedom to work whenever I want and on what.
