The Shut Up, Devil! app puts the power of the Word of God in your pocket to help you silence Satan, whenever, wherever he attacks.

The word that Jesus used for the Holy Spirit is paracletos. In Greek it means, “summoned, called to one’s side.” In other words, a defense attorney. May this truth empower you today. The Holy Spirit, as your divine defense attorney, is always by your side and on your side.

Refuse any lies that say you’re insignificant and anything less than the apple of God’s eye. You’re handpicked and handcrafted by Your Heavenly Father who watches over you with great affection.

Your value isn’t derived by what people see on the outside. Your value comes from your Creator who knows you on the inside. He calls you His handiwork, His child, His beLOVED.

John said, “We love because He first loved us” (1 John 4v19). Paul revealed that God has given us a spirit of love and has poured His love into our hearts (2 Timothy 1v7; Romans 5v5). My fellow believer, you have love because you have God. Let it flow.

In Christ, you are clean, complete and close to God. You are so many good things that are all the product of God’s grace, not your grit or your grind! (See 1 Corinthians 6v11 and Ephesians 2v6.)

Imagine the transformation if we believed in our own worth! If we would embrace even a fraction of God’s thoughts about us. We’d be free to love and be loved! May it start with you. May it start with this: God proved your worth by giving His Son. Your value is beyond measure.

Some of you are carrying burdens no person was meant to carry: the weights of failed relationships, sickness and symptoms, shame and struggle, upholding popularity and approval. Hear the gentle invitation from the Lord: “Come to me ... and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11v28).

May you begin your day with the certainty that God is here with His shield of love (Ps 5v12). There’s no safer haven for your soul. Within the shelter of the Most High, we can confidently say: “No weapon formed against me shall prosper; I am safe in the arms of Love.”

May you be encouraged in knowing that God will turn a dark and lonely place into an incubator of transformation, where the pain and brokenness of today become the strength and beauty of tomorrow. And the enemy will regret the day he messed with you.

You aren’t what trauma told you. You aren’t the sum of some failures. Your aren’t past regrets nor present struggles. See through a new story—the true story. God has made you loved, accepted, forgiven and whole.

Get used to thinking about God’s goodness. It’s the thought vitamin that both protects you and promotes your growth. When you fail, remember, “God loves me.” When you’re in pain, remember, “God is good.” When you feel guilty, remember, “God forgave me.”

Whatever you’re going through, march to the rhythm of “God loves me” and watch what it does. One thing’s for sure: you’ll be in step with God’s heart, God’s mind, God’s will.

It has been said that the four most powerful words in English are, “I love you anyway.” This is the kind of love Jesus expresses. With whatever you can name, Jesus loves you anyway. Period. Without question.

Today, may the voices that whisper, “You aren’t enough,” “You can’t be loved,” “You’ll never succeed,” be silenced by the Voice of Truth declaring, “You are complete in Me,” “Nothing can separate you from My love,” “My grace is sufficient for you.”

Yes, Jesus is still a table turner. But He doesn’t flip things in anger because of you. Instead, He delights in transforming circumstances and situations in your favor. I’m praying for whatever you need to be overturned, undone, reunited, reconciled, refreshed, or redeemed.

Telling a Christian they’re good won’t make them go bad. According to Peter, one reason we may not grow in godliness is because we’ve forgotten our forgiveness, not because we dwell on it (2 Peter 1v9). Embrace your new nature and it will begin to naturally shine through.

God’s work endures. His Word stands. He made you new. He calls you approved. That remains true through the storms of life, the failures of the flesh, the opinions of others—every if, and or but.

In this world, humans tend to forget grace. God knows that. That’s why He renews our minds with reminders of His character and His Word. These reminders can come from anything, really—a scripture, a song, a sermon, a situation or a thought that comes at just the right time.

Ever wondered why people can’t just get along? MLK Jr. wisely noted: fear comes from not knowing each other. So what if you took the time to listen? To hear someone’s story? You’d shatter assumptions—see people not problems. And love & peace would bloom!

Embrace God’s love for your past, present and future self. You’ll make more mistakes, and just like before, God will miraculously mold them to guide you to a good place.
