Despite all the difficulties Covid-19 has thrown at us and customers we continue to progress with planned projects, provide ServiceDesk support and have still been taking on new customers.
The past few weeks have been tough for our clients. Fortunately the solutions we have been putting in place long before this have ensured clients have seen as little IT impact at possible. We have been there to expand the remote working facilities and continue to be on hand.

We also had a funny small project. Took on a client who had a single email account sitting with another IT provider. It kept being blacklisted and blocked. Old IT provider told me it could not be fixed...”impossible”. A month on since we’ve managed it we have had zero issues 🤘🏻
It’s been a busy week! 😅 One highlight is one client had an old laptop fail. We replaced it with a fantastic spec Dell XPS within a couple of hours and all their files restored. Exactly how it should be 👊🏻
