Sometimes it's the simplest smart workflows that make the biggest difference 😍 Just set up one of the simplest of all in @zapier 1. Gmail + ⭐️ 2. Create new task in @todoist with link to email added as a comment #smartworkflowdesign #nocode
2/ Once you've identified your most frequently used processes, you can then sort them by impact (i.e. financial, customer, etc) and start with the high frequency x low impact processes. That way if something goes wrong early on, no harm is done 🙌🤖 #smartworkflowdesign #nocode
1/ Bit of data on choosing which processes to automate first. It makes sense to start with high frequency processes because: 1. You can check that smart workflows are working properly 2. You can test and iterate quickly
