Adobe Acrobat crashing or running very slowly? Here's the fix! Open Acrobat and wait for it. Press Menu Press Preferences Click Security (Enhanced) Remove the tick from Enable Protected Mode at startup Press OK, close Acrobat and try again Voila, it should now work!
