7:40 - Start Job 1 2:15 - End Job 1 2:30 - 20 Minute Peloton 3:30 - Start Job 2 8:30 - End Job 2 9:00 - Start Workout 2: 40 minutes Peloton and 20 minutes weights 10:20 - Post about it Thank Godzilla I don't have to be up early tomorrow.


I took yesterday off and got back to it today - 50 minutes of Peloton, 15 minutes of weights and 2 minutes of running on a treadmill w/ 10 pound weights in each hand (just to see if I could do it). Tomorrow should be a run and weight day if I can get out from work early enough


Come Home to new HVAC system in apartment Feel rage for not being informed because apartment was a mess. Clean up while waiting for edible to hit Go to write angry e-mail to complex Find e-mail from 2 days ago saying HVAC was being replaced today


Day 3/31 of 1 Hour Workouts: I got all the way to the trail and my body wasn't ready to run. I went back home and remembered we have a Peloton in our gym. I did back to back 30 minute advanced beginner rides and 15 minutes of weights back home.


Today was absolutely miserable. 28,000 steps on bad legs (a strained left quad, a strained right ankle) + Fighting an illness + Horrible sleep the last 4 nights + maybe 5 positive minutes the entire day... If I didn't have to wake up early tomorrow, I'd be drunk right now.

2nd got to me (typical) and I wanted no part of working out, even as I got the nightly groceries and drove home. Once I pulled in, I thought I can do a 200 calorie elliptical workout. I managed to get it up to 300 Don't know the last time I worked out after the 2nd job got to me


Day 4 without cannabis diary: for some reason my hand tremors are much worse?! But other than that I’m hanging in there. Not craving it as much!

Day 2 without cannabis diary: I couldn’t sleep last night, I’m mildly nauseous today, and I have a craving about every 5 minutes 😬 I’m doing it though! I’m a hero lol



I bought edibles on Thursday and have been high, for the most part, until this morning. I knew it would be a tough week. I ate a lot of ice cream. I haven't worked out in almost a week. However, I made it to 21 days without alcohol. Time to get the body right again.


Ran 14 miles over the last 2 days. Mental health is pretty good. Energy is way up. Two weeks without alcohol. If I can make it through Friday (my first real day off), I can stay alcohol free until my birthday (7 weeks 2 days away).
