You don’t need a team to launch a product anymore. Just a few AI agents and a good idea. So I’m building: getpulsecheck.ai An AI-powered status report generator for PMs, TPMs & engineers. I'm the PM and Eng lead, and AI is my co-founder. #AIProduct #SolopreneurLife

Speed is flashy. But predictability is what builds trust. Tired of Agile guesswork and shifting timelines? Here’s how I help teams deliver with confidence—without burning out. -> 6-min read -> Real-world tips 👉 nataliecervantes.com/blogs/predicta…

Agile isn’t broken - your implementation might be. Burnout, chaos, endless meetings… sound familiar? I broke down the most common toxic Agile practices I’ve seen (and caused 😬) over the years, plus what to do instead. Read: nataliecervantes.com/blogs/agile-an… #Agile #Scrum #TPM #Leadership

I wanted the same quality at a lower cost for a beauty treatment… and of course, it took longer. The classic project management triangle—scope, cost, time—strikes again! No shortcuts, just trade-offs. Where have you tried to 'get all three'? 🤔 Read more: tinyurl.com/2erc973d

What are your "readable code over neat tricks" rules? For example using * Boolean(truthy) vs !!truthy * const func => {} vs function func() {} * […nodeList] vs Array.from(nodeList)

This driverless @cruise AV (named Chorizo) was tracking both the person and their dog and managed to swerve to avoid a collision. Risking your life to prank an AV is stupid, but it's your call. Just leave your dog out of it.

An unexpected side benefit of driverless cars is their unwavering patience, even when confronted by raucous street parties or stops by curious police. We could all use a little less road rage in our lives.

A fully driverless @Cruise car joins the fun at a roller-party! I've been in self-driving for 6 years, and this is easily one of the most impressive clips I've ever seen. Even better, check out how excited the crowd is that a car with no one in it showed up. Such genuine joy ❤️
