I’ve seen a 23% increase in my HRV this past month - most likely due to improving my consistency of running 2-3 hours in zone 2 each week.

Summary of changes I made last month: - started aiming for minimum 10,000 steps per day - quit drinking coffee completely, only drinking 3-4 cups of matcha now - placed my first order of pasture-raised chicken
