I love @3blue1brown. However, the biggest beneficiaries are those who already have solid fundamentals. Take the recent excellent video on Laplace Transforms. I wouldn't recommend starting there if you've no idea what a Laplace Transform is! Build the fundamental skills first.
I love 3Blue1Brown. I will rewatch any of those videos infinity times. I don't think I've ever learned/retained anything from one though, and I'm suspicious of people who point to it as a superior learning resource. (Not a knock on 3B1B; truly an amazing achievement).

it depends on the person and how they approach the video. If someone is truly determined to learn - keeping a pen and notebook beside them, writing things down, and practicing on their own - then it’s great. Otherwise, it’s just mathematical entertainment.

Another experiment I ran in 2020 was to test if removing blacks right to castle, means he is lost. My conclusion was it is borderline, and that 1 e4 e5 2 Nf3 Nc6 3 Bb5 a6 4 Ba4 d6 5 c3 g5!? seems blacks best chance.
