What is your strategy to move a SQL Server availability group to a new vLAN? WSFC were created without multiple subnets. #sqlhelp

Your question is not clear what you are trying to achieve. Not having multiple subnets is generally not an issue so please explain. #sqlhelp

We would like to move the entire thing to a new more secure vLan (security needs). Can you add a new WSFC node residing in a different subnet to an existing WSFC if additional subnets were not added on creation? We are getting 1070 error code 1629 when doing this.

If you can route there and back, yes. If not, no. A WSFC can be expanded but the underlying stuff needs to be right.
