Curious...the preview Microsoft.SqlServer.DacFx library targets .NET Core 2.2 and .NET Framework 4.6. Is it possible for it to target .NET Standard 2.0? It would make it a TON easier to build shared libraries (based on .NET Standard) that work in both Framework and Core apps.
