On #PGElectroplast When market conditions are easier, the market is a benevolent king on valuation and pays for growth at any cost. When market conditions turn dicey, market can be ruthless. Growth without cash flows is always a risky situation.
Question for all - Are you comfortable with a market cap of 21500 crores for a company whose cash flow looks like this? Assume you are buying the company in full (refer Warren Buffett). Will you pay 21500 crore when the business has total OCF of 133 crore in last 5 years?
P&L investing & chasing high growth stocks is the new theme. Expecting lot of accidents to happen e.g like PGEL in next 2 years. Pgel in my opinion should fall minimum 70%+ from here. Focus on Balance Sheet if want to save capital in next 2 years.

This pattern study started when I was looking at the Electronics pack and saw numbers of PG electroplast, which don't make sense to me. Then saw other companies by the auditor and saw some common patterns. No alleging overall fraud, but un prudent accounting practices.
