#buildinpublic Just had a debrief of our first weekend of operation with the pilot customer. Funny how my to-build list went from 10 to 3. Saved probably a ton of useless coding hours.
#buildinpublic was quite frantic about onboarding 2 customers at the same time, to increase sample size and also get the ball rolling. Eventually having only 1 pilot customer afforded me so many mistakes and pitfalls i dont have to repeat with the second one. Proud.
