I won’t be using @UberUK @Uber again. I received a message from them claiming ‘I had a verbal altercation with a driver’. My last trip was over 4 weeks ago and I gave the driver 5 stars?!! I rang them to try and clear myself but they weren’t interest.
Lost trust in @Hermesparcels Tracking note says the driver couldn’t locate the address but the address is a parcel shop provided by Hermes as a delivery point. Don’t send anything of value via Hermes.
