What ridiculous language here. Feeding your child is not an “out of pocket” expense for a parent, nor is providing their clothing (including a school uniform) - it’s the basic requirement of bringing a child into the world. That so many - including the PM - think it isn’t tells…
Parents shouldn’t be out of pocket by setting their children up for school. That’s why we are rolling out free breakfast clubs and from next September, schools will be required to limit branded items of uniform. Saving families £500 and giving kids the best start in life.

Seems perfectly reasonable all the rich folk in the south should stump up for us in the north, it's working so well with the education tax the rich that go there paying for everyone else's cornflakes, why not? I also support a tax on hairdressers like all bald people.
