It's Meg. Message off Mom, can all flowers please be sent to Bushbury Crematorium. Many thanks for flowers and donations. Xx

It's Meg again. With gift aid we've hit the £10,000 mark. Thanks so much and keep it coming. Thanks Sue Oakley justgiving.com/Sue-Oakley2?

It's Meg here the just giving page in honour of Dad justgiving.com/Sue-Oakley2 anything you give is appreciated. Thanks.

This is Meg. This is a message 2all. The man that is Dad had passed peacefully in his sleep. We thank you for all your support xxx

Just look at the "Weather" and I'm stuck in here! So if you are on or near a fisheries today better still are fishing yourself send pic.

this me again John ... Steve is drifting off to sleep now and we have both had enough today so bye and ' Keep the Faith ' thanks. JP

I can assure you all that when the train arrives at its final stop I promise you all that John will let you know what you need to know.

And the mythical ' John the Minder' will read everything to me and reply to things in Twitter Land so I'm still active even when i'm not

So although I will never leave you all sounding negative, I will read your tweets when I can and the family & John read them to me as well

Having nurses to lift me on & off the loo is fine but they are NOT all females ! This is just increased tumour activity and was expected.

The lack of energy makes it almost impossible to walk or move about and even very tricky to type out messages of any sort

So up until last week a HB level of 10.6 did us nicely thank you very much, now at that level I still have no energy at all

So I've laid the scene for you all , this is now what is happening....

You have all helped get us through some very dark and tricky times indeed. I've said many Times we couldnt have done it without you.

What a wonderful couple of years these have been, made all the more enjoyable by you 'our extended family'.

This is me John by the way as Steve is too lazy to even type out his own tweets now !!

I dont think its too difficult to work out that the old adage of 'all great things must come to an end' is as true for us as for anyone

Evening extended Twitter family and I start as always with my apology for not being in touch sooner.

But with no new blood its just dropped back down to under 8! So another three units tommorow. VERY VERY tired so for an off to bed xx

I'm in New Cross still. We have had a bit of a tricky couple of days. They stopped transfusing me when my HB was 10.1
