Just to be clear, politicians have engineered a situation whereby the NHS is in crisis and people are so scared and angry that many no longer feel empathy for the doctors tasked with holding the service together. Doctors are not the problem. Politicians are the problem. 💙🚨

If you tax Income you will cut the amount people can spend which will hurt the economy, which will lower revenues and cut taxes. You might think there is no way out. But the rich hoard their money and they don't spend it, so you can tax them and the economy will be just fine.
