Went into the store. Manager cut me off before I even got a sentence out and told me they couldn’t help me. I’m beginning to think this is an elaborate joke, Verizon.
To recap we have: 3 hours spent in store to purchase phones. Order 2 wks late (& counting). 3 phones not delivered properly. 3 hour long phone calls and 1 hour (& counting) on chat later and the solution is... go into the store tomorrow and start all over again. Thanks Verizon.
