I got some early feedback on The Dead of the Day, my new horror novella. One of my favorite lines was, "Effectively blends literary fiction sensibilities with supernatural horror." That was exactly what I was going for.

I just finished the first draft of How to Fail as an Author. It came in at 29,200 words. It needs some editing and polishing to make sure the humor and lessons are there, but the first draft is finished.
