Medicaid "fraud" is generally mostly "doctors decided patients need services that bureaucrats later reviewed and decided the patients didn't need." They're called "improper disbursements" and politicians and media label it "fraud." Yes this is bizarre and stupid.
Minnesota has a GDP of like 500 billion. 10 billion of Medicaid fraud is of course bad and should be prosecuted but it's a drop in the bucket.
Okay @BaltimoreDPW how is it I upload a Water4all application, get a rejection for "more information" asking for more recent proof of income when the prior pay stub is provided? They come every 2 weeks, not every day. Constructive denial is illegal.

Americans are not any party’s leverage. Open our government to: - FEED 42M people on SNAP. - PAY the Military + our workers. - PAY the Capitol Police. We can find a bipartisan way forward for ACA tax credits.
Actually awarded by a State agency (so, somewhere downstream from anything on the governor's desk) and nothing has been billed or paid out. The governor can't personally check every contract in the State, that'd be a 9,000hr/day job.

I asked a customer service rep at @amazon if I could do illegal things and he said yes. Really bro? Telling me I can fraudulently describe products and then charge restocking fees when they're returned? Eventually another rep gave me my refund. Someone needs retraining.
