Don't forget to send emails to researchers that produced horrid papers. They took a long time to complete the study, lots of soul sucking paperwork and so on, to then measure useless markers and not the relevant ones or give you garbage tables and graphs. Not even ai. Insulting.
Many of the copper supplementation studies show no change in markers measured and I end up like the Italian bartender, not possible.
