1. The govt strategy on #Coronavirus is more refined than those used in other countries and potentially very effective. But it is also riskier and based on a number of assumptions. They need to be correct, and the measures they introduce need to work when they are supposed to.

Over an hour on the phone @ThreeUKSupport I got an answer. Told that the systems are down and I need to call back. I asked the customer service assistant to stay on the line and put them hold I will pick up the phone in an hour and hope the systems are back.They hung up in 1 min
