The Char Dham—Badrinath, Dwarka, Puri, and Rameswaram—are revered pilgrimage sites in Hinduism. When history and faith are so clear, how can an airline like @IndiGo6E misplace Jagannath Dham from Puri to Digha? Indigo’s Hello6E deserves fact-checking, not blind printing.

I do not have all parameters right fluids, but the device does not work correctly; it generates a tiny droplet (which is headed in reality). #microfluidics

#microfluidics #Glasgow @UofGSciEng Looks cool. #MoFEM simulation done just for pure fun. I will run it for longer. (BTW note cool hanging node mesh refinement)

Very happy to see this hairy problem (pun intended) see the light of day ! Congrats to @CMUshay for making it work and pushing it to the finish line

Even the simplest physical processes are more than meets the eye. For example, flow through arrays of soft hairs turns out to be a more intricate process than we thought, shown elegantly by Ushay et al. at @LiquidsLab. go.aps.org/3nTVtUF. #FluidDynamics #Elastocapillarity

Some Monday trivia! Who can explain what's going on in this simulation? 🔽👀 Here we see Dassault Systèmes design embedded fluid solutions for pumps and valves which allow designers to extend the operating range of pump impellers and improve overall efficiency.

This is a triangular prism undergoing galloping. In our paper in JFS, we show how by restricting the amplitude of oscillations to a fixed magnitude, we can extract energy from a galloping triangular (or any other) prism. authors.elsevier.com/a/1gaDv3AMrTGr… @MahdiarEdraki @UMassAmherst
