Last night while playing with my son he accidentally scratched me and I said "we need to cut your nails". Today I'm getting Facebook ads for 6 in 1 baby nail clippers.
Yeah i stopped using Instagram and fb bc they are too creepy. Once insta showed me an ad for an anxiety beanbag minutes after discussing bean bags and anxiety in separate (but close) conversations. Sooo creepy.
Is there a name for this? Pretty sure they’ve proven that devices don’t send information only listen
This happens to me too! It's like how the heck are they listening in on us. Technology! Pfftt!!
I'll probably be getting baby nail clipper ads just for replying to this tweet
Next thing you ll see is “nail salons near you with coupon codes”
If you have Android look at apps which has listen permissions. + Maybe there are advertisers which think good weather babies will go bare feet parents will need this so advertise to all parents it could be a coincidence really. But I have had this feeling before
We are everywhere. Wherever you are, we will find you.
Snowden was right... Our devices and conversations don't really belong to us
