8th tee box rebuilt this week. Used to be 2 tee boxes, now it’s 1 big tee. Thanks to @TuckahoeTurf in Berwick
Trying out some root pruning around the green on 16. We’re getting tree root encroachment into the collar. If this doesn’t work we’ll do more basal pruning this winter
Started work on the 8th tee box yesterday. We’ll connect the small blue tee to the large white/black tee box to make one big tee. Adding almost 14” material to the front to level the surface
Topdressing greens before it rains is the same thing as my kids flushing ice cubes down the toilet before it snows

Too many slo mo videos of aerifying so here’s a slow mo video of us drop seeding some bent
Checked a few areas covered with the plastic today. Big difference 1 week made w germination and growth. I’ll keep the covers on for a few more days until mowing more frequently
Making small green houses on troubled spots on greens. Spike, seed, sand and cover w 4mil plastic. The plastic came from the front yard ice rink at home
Starting the driving range improvements today. Bringing in material to raise the range up for better drainage. Currently it’s a peat bog with “grass” that is at or below sea level
