@RoyalMailHelp I sent a Special Delivery on 29/09. I *believe* it has been delivered as haven’t heard otherwise from the recipient. But there’s no delivery scan, can I just get a refund of postage at this stage, I can’t complete online as it’s asking me the delivery date.

Hi @JohnLewisRetail - having stayed in to receive my parcel from you, I get a message from @RoyalMailHelp that no one was at home when they tried to deliver it. Simply not true. I’m in & no one has been near the house or front door. Afraid they are not a good delivery partner.

@BBCBreakfast @Ofcom @RoyalMail are making no effort at all to meet targets. Where I live, we are lucky to have 1 delivery a week, sometimes not even that. They save up mail and deliver it in bulk. The only time you get an 'extra' delivery is if they have to deliver a parcel.
