𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲 🤝 I used to design everything myself, thinking control meant quality. Then I worked with a dev who questioned my flow and a PM who challenged my “why.” It was uncomfortable… but the result? Way better.
