Repetition shapes reality.
When you trade from intention, w/out expectation: * you see the market more clearly * you trade w flexibility & openness * more likely to follow your plan * trading is less stressful Why? Expectation = Emotional attachment to an outcome Intention = Focused on process over…
Daily for directional bias. 4h for market context. 15m for entry setup. The holy trinity.
Remember: 1. Sit on your hands when you don't see edge. Don't force setups. Patience. 2. Step up when you do see edge. No fear. No hesitation. Follow your process. Expect nothing. Expectations create emotions. 3. Trade the market, not your P&L. 4. Always seek improvement.
You know God loves you if he put trading in your life
If you want to be a better trader, get used to trading less. The best traders rarely trade.
You don’t need to win more trades. You need to stop doing dumb things between entries and exits.
I used to celebrate green days. Now I celebrate disciplined days. Because those are the ones that compound.
One setup. One plan. One disciplined trader. That’s all it takes.
Trading isn’t about getting rich quick. It’s about getting rich slowly. The math is simple: 1% a day = 3,678% a year 1% a week = 68% a year Stop chasing 10% days. Focus on consistency.
Don't focus on making back your losses. Focus on trading well. Always.
If you want to find consistency and confidence to never experience FOMO or want to learn to hold big swings in price... you first learn how to only pay "your price". That is the point of this week's Mission Possible.
Every time you follow your plan, You cast a vote for the trader you’re becoming. It doesn’t matter if the trade wins. What matters is that you kept your word.
Learning to accept a small red day is a skill many traders fail to master.
If you wanna be a great trader, You have to show up every single day. Again. Again. And again. No excuses.
