The result of the ASLEF pay referendum for Avanti West Coast drivers has seen members reject the offer mandated by the DfT, due to the strings attached to it.
So turns out the “Excellence” Awards was last week and it appears that raising thousands for charities close to our players hearts and charities associated with SWR doesn’t warrant any sort of recognition. Disheartening. Maybe time for rebrand/disassociate ourselves with SWR

Network Rail says the signalling failure at Waterloo is a repeat of the issue from Saturday but they have now fixed it permanently … services slowly getting back to normal
What about fixing the AWS faults on the brand new multi million pound signalling system….

Why was BTP cup fixture arranged to play the day after new years day and 2 days after New Year’s Eve which is their busiest time of year and again the same with buses? You can’t expect teams to field teams directly after the busiest time of the year
