The hardest class I’ve ever taken was AP Physics. I often stayed after class on exam days because as an aural / oral learner, I needed to talk through the hardest questions aloud. My teacher was so kind and understanding. This is infuriating.

The ProctorU software— even the Review+ version— is harmful and invasive to students.

In the series finale of About South, we travel to the E.W. Shell Fisheries Center at Auburn University to discuss a subject near and dear to our hearts -- crayfish. Thanks to Jim Stoeckel and Brian Helms for letting us join them for the day! m.soundcloud.com/about-south/s0…

We’re walking into this final week of the podcast like:

Just set up the microphone for one last @aboutsouthpod recording. We’ve made 64 episodes together, and I couldn’t be more grateful for our team and our listeners. Saying goodbye is hard.

The scariest part about _Death Becomes Her_ is that anyone could look at Meryl Streep in 1992 (when she was only 43) and say she looks old. First impression is that Bruce Willis is the only sane person in that audience. 😱

Did anyone else read the Shivers books growing up? They were Goosebumps knock-offs, and my mom bought them for me at the dollar store. I read them voraciously, but I always felt self conscious about loving them because we couldn’t afford the “real” Goosebumps books.
